Order Process

Order & First Payment*

New group orders will be announced on X. To participate, you can complete the order form attached on the tweet and transfer the total amount of your order by the stated deadline.

Production Time

</aside>

Once all orders have been collected, we will place a collective order with the seller. Please be aware that production can take anywhere from several weeks to several months, and we kindly ask for your patience throughout this process.

Delivery Process to Warehouse’s Address

</aside>

After production is complete, the seller will ship the items to our designated warehouse in the product’s country of origin. If the shipping method is air cargo, this stage typically takes between 2 to 7 days.

International Shipping

</aside>

We use air cargo and EMS for international shipping. Air cargo generally takes 3 to 10 days to arrive. However, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, and customs clearance procedures.

Arrival in Indonesia

</aside>

Once the package arrives in Indonesia, our freight forwarder will carry out the necessary commercial export and import procedures. After customs clearance is completed and the goods are released, they will be promptly delivered to their address and then forwarded to Twister’s warehouse shortly thereafter.

Sorting Process

</aside>

Upon arrival at Twister’s warehouse in Bogor, the items will be unpacked and sorted. This process typically takes 1 to 5 days. Once sorting is complete and all items are confirmed, we will proceed with the final settlement process.
